Reviews and Ratings
Staying at the Hewing Hotel had its highlights, particularly the beautiful decor and excellent restaurant meals. The rooftop area offered stunning views, but I encountered issues with service at check-in and a surprising charge on my credit card. Although I appreciated the friendly staff and the vibrant location, noise levels, and maintenance problems were disappointing.
I had a mostly great stay at Hewing Hotel, with highlights being the rooftop sauna and hot tub, along with the wonderful food. However, some aspects like room service availability and shower quality could definitely use improvement. Despite a few hiccups here and there, the vibe and atmosphere made it worth the visit and I'm likely to return.
My stay at Hewing Hotel offered a unique blend of Scandinavian design and urban charm, though some aspects left room for improvement. The rooftop hot tub was a highlight with stunning skyline views, but unfortunately, the jets were out of order during my visit. The restaurant, Tullibee, provided delicious meals, especially breakfast, yet I found the pricing on the high side and the portions a bit small. Overall, while the ambiance was fantastic and the location unbeatable, I would suggest considering the potential extra costs for parking and dining.
My stay at the Hewing Hotel was quite enjoyable overall, with standout amenities like the rooftop hot tub offering amazing views. However, I encountered some service hiccups that dampened my experience slightly, particularly during check-in. The hotel's blend of unique decor and comfortable beds made for a cozy atmosphere, but the meal service left something to be desired.
My stay at the Hewing Hotel was a mix of highs and lows. The rooftop pool truly was a gem with stunning views, and the location in the North Loop was perfect for exploring local eateries and shops. However, I faced some major disappointments, like the unhelpful staff and a room that had some cleanliness issues. Overall, it felt more like it had potential than delivered completely.
